This document defines the general conditions of use of the service provided by Louis Rocher, self-employed entrepreneur registered under SIRET number 81756545000027, whose head office is located at 25 route de Mageux, Chambéon, 42110, France. The service offered, GuideYourGuest, allows accommodation companies to generate digital support for their customers. Contact: louis.rocher@gmail.com.
The purpose of these T Cs is to define the terms and conditions of use of the services offered by GuideYourGuest, including the generation of digital media for accommodation companies intended for their customers. The service is intended for businesses, although the end users are individuals using the media.
GuideYourGuest offers several modules (catering, home screen, room directory, city guide, WhatsApp). The room directory is free, while the other modules are paid or included in the premium offer, which includes all the available modules.
Registration on the platform is mandatory and requires only the user s name and email address. The user must then search for and select their establishment. The user must be the owner or have the necessary rights to manage the chosen establishment. Any failure to comply with this rule may result in suspension or banning of access to the platform.
Users must refrain from posting content of a sexual, racist, or discriminatory nature. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate account deletion without the possibility of re-registration.
All elements of the GuideYourGuest platform, including software, interfaces, logos, graphics and content, are protected by current intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of GuideYourGuest. The data entered by users remains the property of the application, although the user can modify or delete them at any time.
GuideYourGuest collects personal data (name, email) strictly necessary for the creation of user accounts. This data is only used for this purpose and will not be resold or shared with third parties under any circumstances. Users can request the deletion of their account and data at any time. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
GuideYourGuest strives to ensure the proper functioning of its services, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions, technical errors or loss of data. The user acknowledges using the services at his own risk.
GuideYourGuest reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in the event of a violation of these Terms or inappropriate behavior. Re-registration may be refused in certain cases.
GuideYourGuest reserves the right to modify or interrupt its services at any time to improve the offer or for technical reasons. In the event of interruption of paid services, the user retains access to the features until the end of their commitment period, but no refund will be made.
These T Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably before any legal action. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Saint-Étienne, France.
